Reduction of Bond

On completion of the carriageway binder course and kerb log to the satisfaction of the Local Roads Authority's Representative written application may be made for a reduction in Bond to 50% of its value.

On completion of the carriageway, footways and cycle tracks to adoptable standard, a written application may be made for a reduction in Bond to 10% of its value.
