Requirements for marriage
Our experienced registrars will advise on date availability, individual requirements and cost, guiding you through all the legal preliminaries.
You will be able to meet your registrar before the wedding to discuss plans for your ceremony with regard to ceremony wording, additional readings and inclusions, music etc.
Approximately 4-6 weeks before your marriage, both parties should complete Marriage Notice Forms (Form M10). These should be submitted to the registration office for the district in which your marriage is taking place along with the relevant supporting documents, the appropriate fee and a completed Witness Information Form.
