Priority Projects
The Priority Projects team is responsible for the following areas of work of the
Planning Service:
- Major development planning applications as
defined by the Planning Regulations;
- National development as set out in National Planning Framework;
- Consultations by the Scottish Government on energy
consents under section 36 and 37 of the Electricity Act 1989;
- Support to the Local Review
Body of the Council;
- Enforcement under Planning Acts.
