Road Connections

The M77/A77 is the principal route into South Ayrshire from Glasgow and Stranraer. You can aslo travel from the South along the A713 Galloway tourist route, accessed at Gretna.

Rail Connections

Scotrail operates a frequent (half-hourly) service from Glasgow Central Station to Prestwick and Ayr (52 mins).

Air Connections

If you're travelling from France, Ireland or England (Paris, Dublin, Belfast or Stanstead), Ryanair operate frequent low-cost services from these destinations to Prestwick, in the heart of Ayrshire.
