Still time to tell us what you think of our customer services

You have until 27 January 2012 to complete our ongoing Customer Services Survey. The information received will help South Ayrshire Council to develop ways in which you can access our services and we want to know how you would prefer to get in touch with us.

The survey asks you to rate various ways of communicating with the Council in various different situations such as: changing your personal details; making a payment; looking for general information; applying for a service such as a disabled parking badge; booking a facility or making an appointment; reporting a fault or repair and making a comment, complaint or suggestion.

Councillor Douglas Campbell, Portfolio Holder for Customer First said: "Our aim is to deliver the best possible service to people across South Ayrshire. To do this we have to make sure everyone can access our services and facilities in a quick, easy and convenient way.

"In 2010 we introduced a single customer contact number, 0300 123 0900 and in  2012 five Customer Service Centres, in Ayr, Girvan, Maybole, Prestwick and Troon will open, creating one-stop shops for Council services.

"To continue improving the way we communicate we need you to help us by filling in a Customer Services Survey form. It only takes a few minutes and the information that you provide to us will help us to develop services in the future."

Help us to help you by filling in our Customer Services Survey.
