Still time to join the conversation on locality planning

 02 March 2015  |

Community-based Health and Social Care services are changing.

From 1 April 2015, the planning of most community based health and social care services will take place in six localities and 23 neighbourhoods in South Ayrshire.

Many community-based health and social care services for adults and children across South Ayrshire are being brought together to sit under the new South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

In future, residents living and working within localities and neighbourhoods will be fully engaged in identifying local priorities and needs and in drawing up plans to seek to address these within the overall resources available.

These changes affect everyone throughout South Ayrshire and we've been holding a series of locality planning launch events to introduce the changes and hear your views.

There's still time to find out what's happening – so please come along to an event in your locality and join the conversation.
