The South Ayrshire Councillors' Annual Charity Burns Supper 2015 took place in the County Hall of the County Buildings earlier this year.

It was a fun informal and relaxed evening, celebrating the life and works of the Bard and promoting Scottish culture and heritage. Each person attending was able to nominate a charity of their choice for the proceeds from the event to go to.

One person was chosen at random to name their charity, and on this occasion it was Roddy Cochrane, who nominated the proceeds of £465 to go to a local food bank.
