Farmer Fined £1500On the 5th September at Ayr Sheriff court, a 46 year old man from Newton Stewart pled guilty to an offence under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 for unnecessary suffering of a cow and was subsequently fined £1500.
