(One-Way) Order 2006

On 17th February 2006, South Ayrshire Council made the above-named Order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order, which comes into effect on 1st April 2006, was advertised in the Ayrshire Post on Friday 12th November 2004 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks from Friday 17th February 2006, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
