Young people have been asked for their ideas on the guidelines being prepared for community planning partnerships on engaging with young people. The consultation, in Edinburgh was arranged by Dialogue Youth, Young Scot and the Scottish Government.

Three young people from South Ayrshire were involved in the consultations. All are members of the Scottish Youth Parliament and found the consultation was a practical example of national and local government’s commitment to involve young people in planning services.
