(Waiting Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2005

On 20th September 2005 South Ayrshire Council made the above-named order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order, which comes into effect on 15th November 2005, was advertised in the Ayrshire Post on Friday 22nd April 2005 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.

A copy of the Order and maps relative thereto are available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday at;

(i) Burns House

and during opening hours at ;

(ii) Prestwick Library

Prestwick

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks from 7th October 2005, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
