Route A759 Troon – Kilmarnock Road
(40 mph Speed Limit) ORDER 2005

On 7th November 2005 South Ayrshire Council made the above-named order in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Order, which comes into effect on 5th December 2005, was advertised in the Ayrshire Post on Thursday 26th May 2005 and the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice.

A copy of the Order and plan relative thereto are available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday at ;

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six weeks from Friday 18th November 2005, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
