Houses in Multiple Occupation Licensing Forms

A licence requires to be obtained from the Local Authority if it is intended to use a property as a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). This is a property which is occupied by at least 3 persons who come from different families and are using it as their main or only residence. The property requires to meet prescribed physical and management standards.

Forms to apply to operate a premises as a House in Multiple Occupation, includes Application Form, Schedule of Convictions, Notice for Display on Premises and a Certificate of Compliance.
