Feedback and Service Request Form

Please take a few moments to give us your comments on any aspect of our service which has pleased you, any suggestion for improvements we should consider, or any complaint where you have been dissatisfied with our service. This will enable us to improve our service to our customers.

When you have completed the form please click the "Send Form" button. If you make any mistakes you can click the "Clear Form" button to start again.

The form will be sent to our Customer Services Team and they will make sure the appropriate person within the Council receives your feedback. We don’t acknowledge comments but all suggestions, complaints, enquiries and requests will be acknowledged within 5 working days and then responded to within 20 working days.
