  • Provide free Internet access
  • Support independent learners in gaining basic ICT skills
  • Provide a range of computer based and book based learning material that independent learners can work through at their own pace and time.
  • Provide adaptive technology for users with special needs that are suitable for use in a library environment.
  • Provide access to application software.
  • The main TryIT centre in Carnegie Library is the testing centre for ECDL mock tests and assessments however all South Ayrshire Libraries provide ECDL training materials.
