DAILLY CARE CLUB

Flexible Holiday Care for Children aged 3 - 14 yrs

Dailly Care Club is NOT operating during the Summer Holiday

COST PER CHILD:
£60 per wk - £14 per day
£8 per half day
(Full day 8am-6pm / Half day 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm)

Care club staff have a special activity programme organised. Children attending the Care Club have full access to the programme in the Activity Centre. A separate admission form must be completed. Please contact the centre direct to register.

It is essential that:

• Parental consent forms have been completed
• Payment to be made at time of booking.
• Parents provide a packed lunch and two snacks for each child registered for full day.
• Parents provide one snack for each child registered for half day.
• Parents provide sun hat and sunscreen cream for each child.
• Parents whose childcare requirements vary from our set booking times should speak direct to the Care Club as we will make every attempt to accommodate your booking.
