Our sauna suite consists of 2 Finnish sauna cabins, an aromatherapy essence steam room, plunge pool, jacuzzi and rest room with tv and loungers. There are separate ladies and gents changing areas and there is a mixed programme of ladies, gents and mixed sessions.

Mon/Tue 11.00am - 8.30pm Mixed session
Wed 11.00am - 9.30pm Mixed session
Thu 11.00am - 9.30pm Female session
Fri 11.00am - 8.30pm Male session
Sat/Sun 11.00am - 4.30pm Mixed session

Swimwear must be worn at all times during sauna sessions.
