Our sauna suite consists of 2 Finnish sauna cabins, an aromatherapy essence steam room, plunge pool, jacuzzi and rest room with tv and loungers.

There are separate ladies and gents changing areas.

Mon-Fri	7.30am - 10.00pm	Mixed session
Sat/Sun	9.00am - 5.30pm	Mixed session

Swimwear must be worn at all times during sauna sessions.
Last admittance 1 hour before closing.
