A	Work (5AUNE)	In receipt of Job Seekers Allowance	Award letter or current Bank Statement indicating payment
B	Pension (4ASNR)	In receipt of State Retirement Pension	State Retirement Pension vouchers or card confirming payment to bank account or appropriate documentation from DWP.
C	Benefits (9MEAN)	In receipt of Income Support In receipt of Housing Benefit In receipt of Council Tax rebate (Except Single persons Rebate) Employment and Support Allowance	Appropriate Order Book from DWP or current bank statements indicating payments from DWP or Letter of Entitlement Determination letter detailing period of eligibility Current Council Tax Bill will show rebate eligibility Appropriate Order Book from DWP or current bank statements indicating payments from DWP or Letter of Entitlement
D	Disability Benefits (7ADIS)	In receipt of Incapacity Benefit, replaced on 28^th October 2008 some people may still be in receipt. In receipt of Severe Disablement Allowance. (Abolished in April 2001 some people may still be in receipt). In receipt of War Disablement Pension In receipt of *Disability Living Allowance	Award letter or current Bank Statement indicating payments from DWP Award letter or current Bank Statement indicating payments from DWP Appropriate documentation from Service Personnell and Veterans Agency Award letter or current Bank Statement indicating payments from DWP
E	Student (6ASTU)	Aged 17 and over in full time education or training.	Any one from the following list: Letter from School attended or Student Grant/loan letter or award notice from student agency for Scotland (SAAS) or letter from employment service or letter from employer or careers office. Proof of address is required in all cases.
F	Children Swimming pool only (LEJUN)	Children of Leisurecard Holders who are under 17 and in full-time education, or of pre-school age (Swimming Pools only)	Accompanied by parent with valid Access to Leisure cardÃ‚ + Child Benefit Book or Award Letter
