The centre contains a main hall 21.5m x 14.9m and a squash court. There is also a small gymnasium containing both cardivascular and resistance equipment.

Male and female accommodation with ancillary toilet and shower facilities are available along with a first aid room and disabled toilet. The reception are comprises of a small viewing area, reception desk and storeroom.

Typical activities within the centre include; football, badminton, short tennis, gymnastics, netball, mini-netball, basketball, volleyball, archery, aerobics, roller hockey, dance classes, circuit training and various martial arts groups.

In addition to the sports and recreation activities After School and Holiday Clubs are in operation. These provide flexible care for children aged 4-12 years. Care Club staff organise special activity programmes to keep everyone amused. Children attending the Care Club have full access to the activity centres programme.
