Mock Interviews
Two of our Apprentices gained valuable interview experience by participating in
mock interviews on a Recruitment and Selection course for managers.
Cameron Frew and David Gallacher attended the Recruitment and Selection Course on
Thursday 24th May. During the course they were required to read through a job description
and a copy of an application form, extracting the necessary information. Each candidate
was then interviewed with competency based interview questions. Following on from
the mock interviews each candidate received feedback, which will be beneficial to
them for future interviews and progressions.
