| Health and Homelessness Action Plan |
The Health and Homelessness Action Plan has been developed by Ayrshire and Arran NHS in partnership with North ,South and East Ayrshire. The Action Plan provides information on homeless people's health needs as well as an evaluation of the strengths, weaknesses and gaps in current service provision. It includes detail on actions proposed to address these weaknesses and gaps in service over a three year period . |
