We would like to know when we are getting it right but we
also need to know when we are getting it wrong.

any aspect of our service which has pleased you, any suggestion for
improvements we should consider, or any complaint where
you have been dissatisfied with our service. This will enable
us to improve our service to our customers.

The form will be sent to our Customer Services Team and
they will make sure the appropriate person within the Council
receives your feedback. We dont acknowledge comments
but all suggestions and complaints will be acknowledged within
5 working days and then responded to within 20 working days.
