In December 2008, the Scottish Government announced the availability of subsidy of up to £25k per unit to encourage Councils to consider new build as an option.  The Council has agreed this in principle. We would like to seek your views on whether the Council should build affordable housing for rent. We would be very grateful if you could spend a few minutes to complete this short questionnaire. The information you return to us will be treated in a confidential manner and will be used to inform any decisions about future developments
