Blue Triangle Housing Association is a Christian based organisation set up in 1975 by the office bearers of the Glasgow YMCA. It is both a Registered Housing Association and a charity.
In South Ayrshire accommodation is provided in Chalmers Court for single homeless adults, 21 years of age and over.
The accommodation consists of 11 spacious bedrooms each with its own fridge freezer. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The client's lounge has a television and video. There is also a separate dining room, which has an IT facility.
Blue Triangle's aim is to provide support and a secure environment for each client and assess, plan and assist in the process of securing appropriate follow on accommodation.
Applications for accommodation are via a referral from South Ayrshire Council's Homelessness Service.
