Accessing the STEP service

Young people can be referred to STEP by Social Work, Education, Health and Careers workers. Young people can also self refer to the project.

More Choices, More Chances

Every young person referred to STEP is allocated a support worker. Programmes of activities and learning opportunities are offered to support the action plan these can include

  • Team Building
  • Personal Development
  • Group Work
  • Literacy Support
  • Work Placements
  • Job Search and CV Building
  • Accredited Training
