David Croft-Smith David Croft-Smith was involved in theatre design and production for many years. He studied at Glasgow School of Art and Hospitalfield in Arbroath, and since then he has had many exhibitions in the UK and abroad, and his work is held in various private and public collections, including Kelvingrove Gallery. During his years in art education and theatre production, he developed an interest in sailing, and on retiring spent 10 years cruising the Mediterranean, visiting many of the classical sights from Spain to Turkey. This exhibition in the Maclaurin Galleries shows one side of his eclectic artistic output.
