Make a Freedom of Information request

The law gives everyone a right to see information collected and held by the Council, unless there is a good reason for not disclosing it. This is called Freedom of Information or FOI. You can read more about the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 on the UK Government website.

To make an FOI request, please ask us in writing using the online form below or by email or post.

Please state the information you are interested in and the format in which you would like to receive it, e.g. actual copies of documents, an information summary, etc.
