Come along to the LCTF's BBQ fairground fundraiser at The Marine Hotel Troon on 26th August 2017 at 1pm-4pm.
The Lauren Currie Twilight Foundation was established in 2010 by Grant and Adrienne Currie after their only child Lauren died unexpectedly from Vasculitis, aged 15. The LCTF is the only charity in Scotland providing support to patients suffering from Vasculitis, funding Vasculitis research and awareness campaigns. Vasculitis is an incurable auto-immune disease where the inflammation of the blood vessels causes damage to the organs these vessels supply. It can lead to serious health complications such as kidney damage, heart disease and an increased risk of strokes. To find out more about our work, please visit our website.
To raise funds and help the charity continue the fight against Vasculitis. We have planned a fun-filled day for all ages with fairground stalls, live music, charity raffle and, of course, great food! The event is not weather dependent as we have plenty of indoor space available to keep the fun going. This is an opportunity to bring supporters, patients and carers together and raise funds for a great cause (whilst having great fun and great food!)
Tickets cost £12.50 (Adult) or £6 (Child) – you can buy online or register for FREE and pay on the day. Ticket price includes 2 BBQ items and 1 drink. Please register for tickets as we need the number of attendees for catering purposes. You can find tickets on the LCTF website: https://www.thelaurencurrietwilightfoundation.org/membership/events/summer-bbq-2017/ Tickets will be sent out to your address.
