Reviewing your System

Introduction

It is essential that your HACCP based procedures are kept up to date. A review of your system must be carried out on a regular basis, ideally every six months or sooner if there are any significant changes to your circumstances.

Each time you review you must complete a Review Record.

So let's start by downloading your Review Record template by following the instructions on the right hand side of the screen.

To now complete your review, consider which of the following statements is appropriate :

Click on the relevant statement to be taken to the next step.

Duration: This will depend on the size and complexity of your business.

To save a template to your hard disc :

Right click on the preferred file type below
(Word, Rich Text, HTML or PDF)
Select 'Save target as...'
Navigate to your preferred location
Save the file

Review Record

Save the template to your CookSafe folder in your My Documents folder on your computer.

Remember your My System pages will link you to your relevant HACCP Charts.
