Introduction

Now that you have identified your required House Rules and Records, use your HACCP charts to help complete them.

Your HACCP charts give the hazards at critical control points, suggested corrective actions and monitoring and recording requirements.

The House Rules Templates and Records Templates have been provided in a range of formats to allow you to edit and amend to suit your own business requirements.

• Open your saved templates in your CookSafe folder
• Edit and complete them using your preferred text editor
• Save changes

You can print out the forms when required.

Duration: This will depend on the size and complexity of your business. We suggest you work through one House Rule at a time although you can choose any order. You can easily check your progess under My Progress.
