Invitations to the Provost
As Civic Head of South Ayrshire the Provost represents the Council and the people
of South Ayrshire at many different types of events in the community.
Should you wish to invite the Provost to attend an event please do so in writing
and, in anticipation of acceptance complete the Civic Engagement Application
Form and email it to
lynne.young@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.
The Provost has a very demanding schedule but each invitation submitted will be
considered.
For the purpose of diary planning, invitations should be sent as far in advance
of the event as possible.
