Contacting South Ayrshire Council
South Ayrshire Council is committed to listening to its customers.
As part of our drive for continuous improvement we have introduced the Help Us to Get it Right initiative.
This enables you to make a comment, offer a suggestion or make a complaint about the wide range of Services the
Council provides.
We want your feedback and to make this process as easy as possible have set up a new Customer Services Team to assist you.
They will ensure your feedback reaches the right person in the right Service as quickly as possible.
You can pick up a leaflet at any of our premises that explains how we will deal with your feedback.
If you wish to deal directly with the Service relevant to your comment, suggestion or complaint you are welcome to do so.
If you prefer to contact our Customer Services Team you can do so as follows.
- Use the tear off form in the leaflet and send it to
our FREEPOST address or complete
our online form if you wish and it will be automatically
sent to us. Either way it is free.
- You can email us at cst@south-ayrshire.gov.uk (Please
state if you wish an acknowledgement by email otherwise
we will send this and a copy of your feedback by
regular post).
- You can phone us on 0845 601 2020 at local rate.
If you make a suggestion or complaint you will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days, followed by a
response from the Service involved within 20 working days.
Our feedback procedure is designed to ensure we keep you in touch with the progress of your suggestion or complaint
and above all our employees treat you as they would wish to be treated themselves.
