Help Us To Get It Right

South Ayrshire Council is committed to listening to its customers.

As part of our drive for continuous improvement we have introduced the 'Help Us to Get it Right' initiative. This enables you to make a comment, offer a suggestion or make a complaint about the wide range of Services the Council provides.

If you make a suggestion or complaint you will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days, followed by a response from the Service involved within 20 working days.

Monday - Thursday: 8.45am - 4.45pm
Friday: 8.45am - 4pm

Council offices are closed during Public Holidays

Wed: CLOSED
Fri: 10am - 4pm

Payments can be made when offices are closed via the 24-hour payment line 0845 6040 433 or through the website at south-ayrshire.gov.uk/payments.
