Clear priorities for the Safe group have emerged through research and information:

  • To reduce the general level of violence on our streets and in our homes and increase detection rates.
  • To reduce public perception of the level of crime and antisocial behaviour.
  • To reduce the number of injuries and casualties in our homes and on our roads.
