Road Safety - Reckless Driving Wrecks Lives (RDWL)

The Reckless Driving Wrecks Lives initiative aims to improve young driver and passenger behaviour by instilling an increased sense of responsibility for themselves and others. In March 2005 the Community Safety Partnership, in conjunction with Strathclyde Police and Strathclyde Fire & Rescue Service, established an annual event aimed at senior secondary school pupils. The event demonstrates the effects of a serious road crash, including the impact on friends and family.
