Tai Chi Chuan (Touchstone)
Touchstone T'ai Chi Ch'uan was founded in 1998 by Sifu Alan Hamilton with the primary goal of guiding and helping students to develop a healthier body, mind and lifestyle through the internal Chinese martial arts of Yang Style T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Qigong.
We welcome everyone, regardless of age or physical condition and run evening classes twice weekly in the tranquil setting of Minishant Village Hall. Situated about six miles south of Ayr in South Ayrshire. Minishant is easily accessed and sits on the A77. Parking is plentiful and busses are regular.
Chief instructor Alan, who has been practising and studying T'ai Chi since 1987, is a registered instructor with the T'ai Chi Union for Great Britain and is fully qualified and insured.
