Mindfulness Practice Group
Mindfulness is the skill of being present with our experiences, moment by moment. It can be developed through practice and can have wide ranging benefits including improved well being, sleep and immune system functioning. The group will give people a chance to experience mindfulness through guided exercises. It will support them in developing and maintaining their own personal practice through discussion and reflection on the practices.
The group is free of charge.
