Golf Club (Royal Troon)

Founded in 1878 by a few enthusiasts Royal Troon Golf Club has outgrown its purely local reputation and is now known as one of the finest championship courses in the world.
The Old Course today presents a stern golfing examination and in particular the inward half of Royal Troon is widely accepted as the most demanding of any Course on the Championship rota. 

Golfers the world over vie to play Royal Troon's famous courses and we encourage visitors to experience one of the most demanding Championship courses on the circuit.
Royal Troon offers numerous packages that cater to golfers of all tastes and budgets. 

Royal Troon Golf Club (Established 1878) has pleasure in accepting Visitors and under the following conditions.
Times to Play
From Monday 18th April 2011 to Thursday 20th October 2011 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 
LD COURSE
9.30am. till 11.00am.
2.30pm to 4.00pm

PORTLAND COURSE
9.00am. till 10.30am.
2.30pm to 4.00pm

Please note:
from Monday 19th September until Thursday 20th October times are 9.30 - 11.00am


Handicaps
A current certificate of Handicap must be produced.
Maximum Handicap allowed: Gentlemen 20. Ladies 30.
