Improper Assessment

If you feel you have been improperly charged for reasons other than the valuation of your property you must appeal in writing, giving the grounds on which your appeal is based, to the Executive Director Corporate Resources, PO Box 31, Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 2PL, within 28 days of receiving your rates notice.
