Building Standards
Completion Certificates
Before
a building or part of a building is brought into use a Completion Certificate for
the work needs to be submitted and accepted by building standards.
The acceptance of a Completion Certificate is subject to a satisfactory final inspection
and Building Standards will arrange an inspection after a Completion Certificate has been received.
The acceptance of a Completion Certificate is no guarantee of workmanship and it is always worthwhile
engaging professional advisers at all stages of construction.
All relevant application forms can be found under Forms and Documents.
