Registering for the Event

If your organisation would like to participate by sending a representative, then please either complete the attached registration form and return to the address given on the form or go to the following web address www.south-ayrshire.gov.uk/CPconf and complete the registration online. There is no charge for attending the event.

Because of limits on the numbers that can attend, at this stage we are restricting representation to one per organisation. However, if there is room then it may be possible accommodate a second representative. So you have an opportunity to nominate a second representative on the registration form if there is an available place. We will confirm nearer the Conference date whether the second nominee can come.

Nearer the time of the Conference, we will confirm acceptance of your application, provide a finalised programme and send out more details of the special discussion groups to be held in the afternoon.

Taking a Stall

So that there is an opportunity for voluntary and community groups to raise awareness of their activities, we are proposing to provide tables where you can display material about your group. While there will be no charge for a ‘stall’, the available space will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. To reserve a stall, please contact Chris Doyle, the Acting Community Planning Manager, on 01292 612365 or by e-mail at Christopher.Doyle@south-ayrshire.gov.uk.

The only requirement is that we ask that you man your stall during the lunch break, when participants will be encouraged to network and wander around the stalls. If you propose to display on boards, we kindly ask that you bring suitable display stands for mounting the boards, as we don’t have enough to go around.
